Mount Rainier Cabins Policies

CHECK IN / CHECK OUT

• Check In: 5 - 9 PM, Jasmer's Rainier Cabins, 30005 SR 706 E, Ashford, WA 98304.
• 2 PM early check in - we will do our best to accommodate.
• Check Out: 11:00 AM.
• Late check outs must be confirmed by management.
• Posted rates are based on 2 people - additional guests are $15.00 per person per day unless otherwise stated.
• Only registered guests are allowed at the cabins. Any deviation must be confirmed by management.
• All cabins/rooms are non-smoking.
• Sorry, pets are not allowed except seasonally in the East Echo Chalet.
• Children must be at least ten years of age or older.

CANCELLATIONS

• All cancellations must be confirmed with a cancellation # by Jasmer's Rainier Cabins!
• Changing/Re-scheduling reservation dates is considered a cancellation, in most cases.
• 1 - 2 night bookings:
  • Reservations cancelled 15 days or more prior to scheduled arrival are subject to a $50 fee.
  • Reservations cancelled 1 - 14 days prior to scheduled arrival are subject to a 50% cancellation
    fee unless the entire reservation can be re-booked.
• 3 night bookings:
  • A 50% deposit may be required in advance by check or money order.
  • Reservations cancelled 20 days or more prior to scheduled arrival are subject to a $50 fee.
  • Reservations cancelled 1 - 19 days prior to scheduled arrival are subject to a 50% cancellation
    fee unless the entire reservation can be re-booked.

• Visa, Mastercard & Cash; Checks are accepted for advance deposits.
